Hey guys! Ever wondered how to do farming? Well threat no more as I'm going to show you how!

First we want to go to Max and teleport to fishing > catherby or use the lodestone network.

Soon as you get there, you need to go to the farming patch just north of catherby bank and talk to the tool leprechaun and that'll open up the farming shop.



Buy a rake, seed dibber and secateurs and a seed (depending on your farming level), if you're starting off you'll need to buy a couple guam seeds.

Step 1. Rake the herb patch.



Step 2. Plant the seed.



Step 3. Wait for it grow.



Step 4. Pick your herbs. You'll get 5 herbs of which seed you used.



Now you've grown your first of many more herbs.

--- Tree Farming ---

For tree farming, you're going to have to get some plant pots filled with soil from the tool leprechaun in catherby and also you'll need some tree seeds;

Acorn seeds -- Level 15 -- Grows Oak Trees

Willow seeds -- Level 30 -- Grows Willow Trees

Maple seeds -- Level 45 -- Grows Maple Trees

Yew seeds -- Level 60 -- Grows Yew Trees

Magic seeds -- Level 75 -- Grows Magic Trees

Most of these seeds can be gained through PvM/Slayer or other players.

Step 1. Use your seed with the plant pot to create a sapling.

Step 2. Rake the tree farming patch, I'm using the one in falador.



Step 3. Use your sapling on the tree farming patch and wait for it to grow.



Step 4. Now it's fully grown you'll need to chop it down with a hatchet. You'll get 5 logs of what ever tree you grew.
